Who We Are

AI Fairness CIO is a UK-registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Charity No. 1218464), dedicated to making Artificial Intelligence fair, transparent, and accountable.

Our mission is to turn ethical principles into practical tools that everyone can use — not just data scientists or policy experts.

We work across disciplines — computer science, ethics, law, medicine, education, and economics — to help organisations and citizens measure fairness and act on it responsibly.

What We Do

AI Fairness CIO develops and maintains three open-access tools:

FDK™ (Fairness Diagnostic Kit) — our flagship no-code fairness auditing platform, providing seven open APIs covering Justice, Health, Education, Finance & Housing, Employment, Business, and Governance, backed by eighty-nine validated fairness metrics.

BiasClean™ — tools for detecting and correcting bias in datasets before they reach production systems.

ERG Analysis API — a clinical-grade electroretinography analysis pipeline supporting AI-assisted diagnostics in ophthalmology.

Across all our tools, we provide dual reporting: one version for professionals, another for public understanding — with no-code access, so anyone can analyse bias without programming skills.

Each audit creates a transparent evidence pack — proof that fairness has been measured and documented.
